Last updated: 3rd June 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how COMUNI AI LTD, trading as Comuni AI (“Comuni AI”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, apply for a demo, or use our AI sales systems.
1. Who we are
Comuni AI builds and manages custom AI systems that reply to, qualify and book leads in our clients’ social media direct messages. You can contact us at brandonprenci@comuniltd.com
2. Information we collect
From website visitors and applicants
- Details you give us when you apply or book a call, such as your name, email, phone number, social media handles, business details and revenue range.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
From our clients
- Account and billing details needed to provide and invoice our services.
- Information about your offer, sales process and brand voice, used to build and train your AI system.
From leads who message our clients
- When we run a DM system for a client, we process the messages, profile details and booking information of people who contact that client. We do this on our client’s behalf and under their instructions.
3. How we use information
- To respond to applications, run demos and audits, and deliver our services.
- To build, operate, monitor and improve our clients’ AI systems and reporting dashboards.
- To send service updates and, where allowed, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
- To keep our services secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run our services, for example messaging platform providers (such as Meta), AI and cloud hosting providers, scheduling and CRM tools, and payment processors. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or as part of a business sale or merger.
5. Messaging platforms
Our DM systems connect to social platforms through their official business tools and APIs. Use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Lead conversation data is kept for the length of our client agreement unless the client asks us to delete it sooner.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and act quickly on any issue.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email brandonprenci@comuniltd.com. If you contacted one of our clients by DM, you can also contact that client directly.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, understand how it’s used and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the latest version on this page and update the date at the top.
