Terms of Service
Last updated: 3rd June 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Comuni AI website and services provided by COMUNI AI LTD, trading as Comuni AI (“Comuni AI”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Comuni AI designs, builds and manages custom AI systems that reply to, qualify and book leads in your social media direct messages, along with related reporting and support. The exact scope, timeline and deliverables for each client are set out in your proposal or service agreement.
2. Eligibility
Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of the business you sign up.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your offer, sales process and brand, and timely access to the accounts and tools we need.
- Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you use, including Meta’s policies, and all laws that apply to your marketing and messaging.
- Make sure your offers, claims and messaging are lawful and truthful.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency and any minimum term are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. We may pause services if payment is overdue.
5. Results
Every business is different. Results shown on our website are from real clients but are not typical, and we don’t guarantee any specific number of conversations, calls, sales or revenue. Outcomes depend on factors such as your offer, audience, lead volume, pricing and sales process.
6. AI-generated messages
Our systems use artificial intelligence to write and send messages. While we build, test and monitor each system carefully, AI can occasionally make mistakes. You can review conversations and step in at any time, and you remain responsible for your offer and the commitments made to your customers.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms and tools, such as Meta, calendar and CRM providers. We’re not responsible for their availability, policy changes or actions they take on your accounts, though we build on official, approved integrations and will help you resolve issues where we can.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content, brand and customer data. We keep ownership of our software, systems, methods and templates. During your agreement, you receive a licence to use the systems we build for you.
9. Confidentiality and data
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and where we process your leads’ data, we do so on your behalf and under your instructions.
10. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end the services as set out in your service agreement. We may suspend or end services immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, or fail to pay. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Comuni AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs arising from your offers, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or platform policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the latest version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
